What is Certificat de Remuneration/Certificat de Salaire ou de Pension?
Certificat de Remuneration/Certificat de Salaire ou de Pension is the document each employer must give to you at the end of the tax year or at the end of employment. It states the total amount you earned from your employer and the amount of tax your employer paid to the tax office from your earnings. Keep this document safe in case you decide to leave the country and apply for a tax refund, as we will use it and it will certainly speed up the refund process.
How many years back can I apply for a tax refund?
You can backtrack your refund to 1 year from the date of application.
How long will it take to receive my tax refund?
On average, it takes 6 months to 1 year from the time your documents are sent to the Tax Authorities.
How much is the service fee?
The price is 10% from the refunded amount. There is a minimum fee of 58 EUR.
